This is wrt my last post here where it was becoming obvious she's BPD.

One of the things we're dealing with is her jealousy over an "imagined woman" which seems to be a common symptom.

So she sort of admits that it may be more imaginary on her part, and did some googling about it. She comes back to me and says "apparently I have a deep fear of abandonment" to which I reply "that's the top symptom for BPD". Not much discussion after that.

So there it is. She verbally admits the top symptom of BPD. I told my oldest daughter (healthcare major w a minor in psychology) about it and she totally agrees.

But is there anything legally I can do with this verbal admission by her of the top symptom of BPD?

(or does anyone have any thoughts at all to throw on this?)
