Hi, so me and my wife are going through a divorce. I was the only one working and all the money i was making was going into a joint account that was under her name. In september right before she leave forever i told her not to use that money since im the only one working and its all mine, i didnt take her visa card and i never opened another account and all the money was still going into that account and i had no way to check if she was using the money or not, until last week i finally took days off to open an account for myself which i did but i noticed she been using the money very aggresively on mercary and taking $1500 checks and restaurants and etc.... when i recorded her voice six months ago i told her to file for the divorce which she never did until last week. Im just trying to see if i can get my money back since i told her not to use the money, is there an attory or lawyer who know what i could do to get my money back? Thanks in advance.
