My ex wife(30) and I (44) divorced 5 years ago in Georgia. My ex signed the divorce paperwork stating we have joint custody but I am the custodial parent and will get my daughter 70% to her 30% because we live in different states and she will be living with me in SC and going g to school. Her mom lives in NC. However I just received in the mail a Foreign custody order from her can anyone give me clarity on what this is and what is she trying to do? I think she is wanting to take me to court for custody and she wants it to be done in her state of NC versus mine in SC but I'm not sure. Any thoughtsnor advice? Also only serious responses that know what that can offer informed advice because this is aseriousi issue for me. Thanks
