My wife and I separated around two months ago after being unhappy since the birth of our 19-month-old twins, I was hoping that things would improve but they did not.

I currently have the boys half the time (two/three nights a week and every other weekend), I am fully supporting her and the boys financially however lost my two weeks ago leading to no income. I have been offered a good role that would allow me to.support myself and them but it is in a different country, at this point she refuses to move with my as she dosen't want to leave her support network but I cannot support them if I stay.

I do not want to lose contact with my sons due to the distance and I would only be able to fly back to see them monthly or so. Has anyone else been in this position? I do not want to turn down the role and not be able to support them but I also do not want to have no connection.
