So apparently my soon to be ex wife got her fillings hurt for calling her out on 100% lies that she reported I was hairdressing her. Then I got an email (not a call) from my attorneys office that she is with drawing and won't tolerate harassment. I don't feel I did anything wrong.

Money February 24th I was told by my soon to be ex wife she couldn't half of our marital home appraisal. The very next day, I got an email about an appraisal being scheduled for 9am today 3-7-2025 at $1200 (600 each) I said to the ex that it's funny how you came up with the money so quick you didn't have a day ago. I had just paid her a $1083 dollar on February 23rd, yet the 24th she didn't have money, but the 25th she did all the sudden.

The other thing I called her out on was wanting me to get my items outta the house so fast, yet she was conveniently busy every weekend. So I called my attorney to get it scheduled through them. Which I got reamed for trying to get access tomorrow 3-8 instead of waiting until the proposed date of 3-22 or 4-5 since she wants all my shit gone ASAP.

So now she made a mountain out of nothing in my option and I've lost the attorney I paid a $6k retainer fee too in August of 2024. I had mentioned that a phone call about some of these 200 emails would be nice to get an explanation and I told the phone works both ways. OK, but didn't I pay you an ass load of cash to walk me through this process and counsel me?!?

My final court date was to be May 18th, but I don't see that happening?

I was just emailed at 5:45pm and of course nobody would answer, so I guess it stress and anxiety until I can make calls Monday.

Has anyone else had this situation? What the hell do I do? I am so blindsided by this. I'm in a panic! I spent every dollar I had for this attorney, now I gotta retain another I am assuming?

Please help me if you have experienced anything like this!
