And it's so fkng weird. I can't escape the past, cause the house is just a couple miles away. I'm here by their schools, available to support them for years, so this is my future.
This is the first time I've been in this situation. Usually, there's a move that comes with a new city, or a new part of town, but this is like, not even a real move.
It's peaceful and I'm happy, but it kind of feels like I'm haunting my own life. I don't really know what I wanna do, aside from taking care of my kids.
Dating is fun, but a lot of work. I'm still physically active, so that's there. I've been relinquished of all the manual labor of a huge house and the peace is still setting in.
It's so quiet. I can almost hear the universe trying to whisper to me.
What did you guys do all your freed up time after a move?
