My wife and i have been married two years since February. We have been together for 9 years. We met in high school and I thought we would have been together forever. We have two boys together ages 3 and 5. Just today we had a serious talk about divorce this has been going on for about a year. We did the whole counseling thing and she has been diagnosed with severe depressive episodes and has been prescribed medication for it. Last February i found out that she had cheated on me with who i thought was a friend, it was a kiss she didnt sleep with him so i have moved passed it in the hopes of saving our marriage. I am hurt with the divorce but i know it is in the best interest of my boys that it happens.

I am needing advice, she says she doesnt want child support but i would feel guilty not paying something since i know she will end up having the boys throughout the week and i will have them on the weekends. I know i would feel horrible about taking full custody. On the flip side i dont want het to turn around and hit me with back pay if i don't pay. Is there a way to work it out where I'm paying some sort of child support even if she doesnt want it?

Also is there anything else that i need to include in the divorce papers that most people dont think about?

Thank you all in advance for any advice offered it will tremendously help.
