Joint Auto Loan after Divorce

Do I have any options. Been divorced nearly two years. We had a vehicle that she was awarded in divorce and she is expressly responsible for payments and has sole use of vehicle.

However she is not paying. She is unwilling to refinance to her name only. It is near repo time and I am concerned about the credit hit as I am preparing to buy a home.

Here are the terms of the agreement

The Defendant shall be awarded the “x vehicle”as her sole and separate property, free and clear of all right, title, claim or interest on the part of the Plaintiff. Defendant shall assume and pay the monthly payments and costs related to the vehicle and shall indemnify and hold the Plaintiff harmless therefrom. Defendant shall have her own automobile insurance policy in place for this vehicle on or before January 1, 2023.
