Recently divorced while living in WV. My wife, a drug addict and habitual life ruined, has been an absolute monster throughout the process.

We are both on the title for my car 🤦‍♂️. She never contributed to paying for it or even drove it. The judge awarded full possession to me in the legal proceedings. I made the mistake of not getting the appropriate paperwork complete immediately.

I’ve since moved to PA and am trying to register my vehicle here. Unfortunately, they will not accept the judge’s decree. Based on the constant harassment and how things have gone throughout this whole process, I don’t even want to engage her to sign it over.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can navigate this? Super desperate here. 🤦‍♂️🤬
