Hi again. I’m sorry for posting more. It seems like it’s getting worse here. Aside from her dating now. I have not seen any movement on finding how to make money. And now looks like there will be a fight with custody. So this is what happened. Short version

She Asked to think about the rental that her dad owns and to move there.
Told her I am not moving until we are divorced and filed and custody agreement done.

Started arguing what I’m going to do during spring break and summer. Started yelling. With the kids in the other room that I am willing to take them away from the grandparents and family. Stated multiple times. At which point I walked away and called her out on saying that loud for the kids. Went to the living with the kids. She followed and started yelling about tired of the gas lighting. The lying and started saying I have your lies well documented and said you think the judge is going to give you 50/50? At which point I said to stop and to make sure she is thinking about what she is doing. Im getting threatened that the judge is going to go with her. Despite having drug and alcohol addiction. Stealing pain pills from mother and ending up in the hospital due to drugs. I’ve been there for them so much while she has dealt with health issues that quite frankly could have been avoided if she took care of herself. And to top off the day. We got our taxes and she paid off her credit card instead of the joint one that is at limit and those are the ones we use for food gas and bills. She uses hers for online shopping. So we are screwed again. I just want this done and living our own lives.
