So my STBX told my mother who watches the kids while my STBX is working. She told her that if I don’t stay with the kids while she goes away on vacation for 4 days (the weekend of what would of been our 10th year wedding anniversary) she will make sure that she will have sole custody of the kids. She also stated that I’ve been on “vacation” from the kids for 2 months, but keep in mind I had an oop on my daughter and my mother watches both kids. So it was hard for me to see my son since there wasn’t an oop on him.

Right now my job has me out of sick leave, going on 2 months and a half (hate it) and I’m only allowed to be out between 1-5pm until My job clears me.

I would love to be with my kids everyday and night, but I’m staying at my fathers place for the last 2 months now. I literary sleep on a mattress on the floor and don’t have anything here for my kids to be entertained with.

Also keep in mind that I am a CO (correction officer) so that’s why my job has placed me out sick. So when things were ok with my STBX I was the one that brought the kids to school. Picked them up and handled all the homework, bathing, cooking while my STBX was working before my mother came to the house so I could go to work. My STBX has and still has it easy since my own mother still helps her. My mother stayed with the kids from 4pm until 6:30/45pm until my STBX came home. My STBX really didn’t have to do anything beside to get the kids in bed. Then she would of had the entire evening to herself since I worked 8-16hrs a day.

Now when I had extra days off my STBX supposedly began to work Ot, or made plans with her friends. (Yes I know. I should of notice that she was taking advantage of me while I was off so she can do her dirt.)

But now since I’m in a small room and only allowed to be out between 1-5pm she is stating that if I don’t take my kids she will make sure that she will go to court (keep in mind that she has been saying she would be going to court for the last 2 months now) and make sure that I won’t see my kids.

My STBX even tells my kids to tell me why does there friends daddy’s take them to their homes and why don’t I come to the house. I have an oop on my STBX until 2021 now since she decided to extend hers but take my daughters off.

I don’t get it. My STBX knows that I’ve been there and done everything for her and my kids, but since she screwed me with everything it seems like she is trying to get me upset and to have me break the oop.

What should I do????

Oh and my fathers place isn’t child friendly at all, my children can come whenever, but not stay here with me.
