We live in a good school area for our two kids. She has a secret bf that she won't admit. We're getting divorced, and I'm ok with it.

Our issue is we're both going to be struggling if we split and insist on staying in this town and sell the house. 6-7% interest rates are a bitch.

Her suggestion:

We aren't 'together' We rent/buy a 2nd place in our town, (good schools, expensive as f) Kids stay in current home, 1 parent at a time We rotate which parent is in house, and which at the shag pad We don't have to sell the house and rebuy at 7% interest rates, and go poor, and don't have child support.... But i gotta share a bed where she's fucking some other dude. And try to find a gf that's ok with this arrangement.
