Hi folks,

I'm currently in the process of divorce, we have agreed to 50/50 parenting time. I work mostly from home and have a very flexible job, she decided to start the whole process and talk with a "friend" from school, she is currently a dentistry resident, and has two years left to complete.

I will be paying child support and we are going to split pre-k costs 70%/30% with me paying most of it...

However I recently learned that she is thinking about getting a nanny. I have already agreed to drop/get the kids from school by throwing away alimony. But I do not want pay for a nanny, currently her mom is the one that takes care of them until she gets back from school.

So I'm thinking, if she wants to get a nanny for that time, can I make the claim to get more custody since I am able to take care of them during that time?
