My ex and her lawyer are making this as hard as possible. She managed to steal something from me then emailed me later saying, not If you want this back you have to agree to this, but more like I think we should share this thing this way. She just left out the If you don't part. It was of high sentimental value, and my lawyer wrote an email asking to pretty please have it back. You could read OC's tears of laughter in her response. It's also something my kids wanted, so forcing to get it back just lets her tell the kids that daddy wants it because he's selfish and doesn't love you so now I have to take it away.

Now last time I went out of town for work, she sent a BS email just to confirm that I was away. Where are you the kids love you and miss you and are afraid you are nver coming back. Knowing I'm not there she shows up the next day to drop off some of my stuff. Stuff that I couldn't get to for over a year because she won't let me in the house, and stuff I didn't ask for. I think she was looking to take my 4 wheeler and wanted to see if it was parked somewhere she could get it. She has tried in court to get it back, and she knows I want to keep it, so give me the benefit of the doubt. She knows taking it would hurt me and so fair game. I have no doubt that her lawyer is giving her advice too, based on the other thing she already took.

In family court nothing is going to be done. I know this. She took my stuff already, she's looking to see what else she can get, and all my things are in the house still. Almost everything I own could fit in a few suitcases. So yeah, judge don't care. But could I get a PO to keep her away from my residence and property on the basis of "she took stuff from me, she tried to take stuff from me, and this is a violation of the Domestic Order that says neither one of us gets to decide who gets what"? I mean, at this point I've given up everything, so I don't really care. Her lawyer has done a greate job making me look like a deadbeat and a slacker, and making her look like a hard working struggling single momma bringing home the bacon and...there are other issues. But she's a real POS, and I'm tired of playing by the rules but being transformed from good dad/good husband into enemy number one.
