She didn’t get what she wanted. Judge did not give her medical from me. She will have to buy her own. I stopped by the house as I had left my fishing bag the other day down by the pond on my road - I had my fishing license in it too! I found it and just happened to stop at the house and she was home. - she has to be out within 60 days of getting equity check. I have 30 days to get it to her but I gave it to my lawyer already this first week after judgment and her lawyer is notified that it is ready. But I’m willing to bet she will wait 30 days to pick it up.

My sister was driving by just shortly after I got there and happened to see my truck and stopped because she saw that my ex was trying to get into my truck - she has ransacked it before for no good reason. I was outside already and when she saw my sister she stopped. She is accusing me of taking stuff from the house. I absolutely do not have any of her pictures. The only thing in my truck were fishing rods. She comes over saying Hi to sister and then telling me to move my truck as she has to get out of driveway. then turning around saying have a nice day!

She went back up the driveway yelling thanks for the money - and patting her butt. She has all the divorce judgment papers and the calculator strewn about the table and thinks she is controlling division of assets - the lawyers are doing it - not her! My sister stayed in her car and we both left at same time in our separate vehicles. We headed down to pond to talk and I cast a few lines. We went back to house to take pictures in case she does damage but ex drove back in from a coffee run so my sister and I both left - we happened to be standing near wood pile looking at wood so she had no idea. We then both left in our separate vehicles.

I told my ex we can go over household items next weekend but I did not tell her that I’m bringing my facilitator from divorce support group who she knows and her lawyer knows - he had her lawyer for his divorce - she has seen him at all our court appearances. I don’t want to deal with this crazy woman myself and need someone with me. The absolute date that she has to be out of house is November 7. My lawyer has already filed a contempt but will withdraw it if she does leave on time.

Has not even given me account where she wants alimony to go to yet!
