So im currently giving the stbx a lot of money monthly. its 30 percent of my gross income. (Temp order) She refuses to work because she feels she shouldnt have to, and we do 50/50 with the kids.

I really need to start having the kids in daycare/after school care so i can focus on work but I cant afford it.

The other alternative is that i ask her to take care of the kids instead and i have to juggle a bunch of hoops to make it work, if she even says yes, but then she will say she can’t work because she is caring for the kids.

What am I suppose to do here? Its starting to interfere with my work, and i totally want 50/50 custody but i couldnt afford anything less either way.

I realize its a huge waiting game but waiting 2 more months while we continue to just stall could really make things worse.
