Hey all, I am struggling thru my separation. Confused and lonely, moved to AZ to be closer with my wife’s family (who have always felt more like family than my own). However now that we are separated the whole family cut me off. Now I’m 1000 miles from any friends and family with no one to talk with face to face (aside from therapist), and it is absolutely horrible.

Anyone have a recommendation for a free support group in the East valley? Everything I can find is either costly or it’s associated with a church (would prefer to stay away from religion for personal reasons). I just need someone to talk to and give me hope. Thanks.
