Temp order states 30 days notice required, stay in state, details of location.

Spouse provided less than 30 days notice and no location but I’m sure it’s a friend’s house. There are teenage boys that may be there and my daughters are younger. Drinking is likely to be involved.

Do I have rights to enforce? Should I rock the boat and ask for them to stay in a hotel? That arrangement would sort of require more stable behavior and more safety at night.

Other approach would be to request address, ages/genders of other guests, and understand sleeping arrangements ahead of time.
