Sorry it took so long I just got buried into work and court.

So after the last post I got all the documents and we went to court the following week as we managed to squeeze in or else we would have to wait 4 months.

They obviously lost and here is what they owed me.

. My attorney fees .35k for vehicle damage .250k in house damages payed by themselves .12k for the tree ( turns out it was 112 years old. .4k for harassment I will admit I was getting greedy near the end.

I was getting very greedy and since they didn't go through insurance and insurance didn't know about the incident I filed a claim with the insurance who is now paying to fix my house and the 250k is still with me happy days.

I hope this will be the end of this ordeal and thank you to everyone who has been with me through this and my divorce.
