So sorry for the wait I haven't been doing well and I'm just screwing myself over at this point.

Well court happened and these are the results nothing more to say I guess just happy to have gotten the better end of the divorce.

.House: In my name so was given to me as she never contributed.

. cars: I took my new ford and BMW she took the Volkswagen and since I payed the downpayment for the Tesla I agreed to take her payments on the car as compensation for all the stuff I did for her so I took the Tesla.

.finances: took our own accounts and calculated how much each of us contributed to the joint savings accounts and then got what we contributed.

.children: split custody but I have them for the first month since she went to a bar when she came back to the UK, got drunk drove her mom's car and scraped a van.

.child support: since she got drunk she was seen a danger to the kids so child support was limited for now to zero but another court trial in a month will decide on this.

So basically she fucked herself by drunk driving in this divorce and I'm happy that I didn't lose anything.

I've also decided to go back to school I think being a doctor isn't my thing it pays well but I'm more fond of being an engineer and I intend to go after the whole divorce is finalized.
