It's stupid that if women aren't the majority of a profession/field, such as programming, it must be that men are pushing them out, yet no one, at least from what I know, has made a deal about men being the minority in psychology. In general a lot of women just aren't into programming, of course they are women who into programming. They are also men who are interested in being a nurse, just not a lot. Honestly, it's stupid that if some group aren't the majority of something, it must be discrimination.
