Bullshit.

It's a popular idea (and very very wrong), the "testosterone causes aggression" myth really falls apart when you look at the science. The actual link is so weak it's almost meaningless. One major analysis found it explains less than 1% of the difference in aggression between men.

To put that in scientific terms, the correlation is just r=0.071. For a link to be even moderately relevant, you'd need a number about four or five times higher. That’s why knowing someone’s T level tells you basically nothing about how they’ll act. Plus, when scientists actually give men testosterone in experiments, it doesn't reliably make them more aggressive.

This lines up perfectly with what research shows about transgender men starting testosterone. While some might feel more assertive or reactive at first, studies don't show a consistent spike in anger or hostility. It seems any changes have more to do with feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin than the hormone itself. At the end of the day, our personality, mindset, and social situation are what truly shape our behavior, not a single hormone.
