Hi, 30yo male here
Excuse me if this is already in the sidebar somewhere. But I just discovered this subreddit and wanted to make a post. Feel free to delete it if it is redundant.
Anyway, I never went full redpill, but I was pretty deep into the PUA scene for a while. Reading and applying the shit advice from so called PUA-guru's. To be honest, I still regret the fact that it was during my prime time to form relationships(student life, I had a pretty big social life), and I think PUA really messed up my chances of starting something long term at that time.
I do feel lucky that I never gotten into what is now called redpil/incell communities. That would have fucked me up even more. Anyway, I now see that relationships are just a matter of finding a person who you like, and who likes you back. It is not complicated, but finding that person can still be hard work. (also, keeping that relationship going can be hard work)
I just wondered, since I spent so much time in that wrong headspace, even though I feel completely recovered, is there any dormant PUA programming that is common to linger on after recovery?
