Deeply inspired by SweetJustice33's question about holding friends accountable for their hate towards the opposite sex, what do you think is the best way to handle this with an old Red Pill friend from start to finish? Obviously saying it privately one-on-one can help, but what if they don't stop?

I'm in the process of letting my friends know how they've hurt me through the years at the behest of toxic and abusive Red Pill coaches, but what if they came between a years-long friendship you want to try and salvage.
