The very term was dismissed by the same person who invented it.

People aren't confident 24/7 unless they have some kind of delusion of themselves. Insecurities are normal.

I think there should be a bot to go around Reddit and call out these "alpha beta" posts as unscientific.

For me "alphaness" is really just who you were going to be before you got conditioned to whomever you currently are. In other words, it's the authentic version of you. In fact I slightly cringe at the alpha-beta concept all together.

Unapologetic.

Doing what I needed to do, work and such. Not wasting time and also burying any emotion, which in general is NOT healthy. It made it very difficult to communicate with the people that cared, they did NOT stick around once they saw it wasn't going to be up for discussion.
