Favorite books to read?

I think that the best way to cultivate a reading habit is to read about things you actually hold a dear, genuine interest in. Everybody always say they can't really make an habit out of reading, never finnishing books, etc. I always tell them to read something about they are indeed very interested in, instead of reading some random stuff just for the sake of it. For instance, if you like WW2 read about it. So, when people ask for reading suggestions, i gotta ask what people are interested in first lel

I wanted to suggest The Lord of the rings as I find it to be a very male centric book where men are shown as capable of showing emotion and expressing their feelings and opinions without being machos but I would also like to hear other's opinions about it as I may be biased.

With what I have witnessed and discussed on streams lately, I think a lot more guys need to read "Influence: Science and Practice" by Robert Cialdini.
