I won’t lie to you and say I fully understand what the “red pill” means, or what it’s community represents. Im simply trying to find a healthy balance and improve myself to be the best version of who I can be. For reference, I’m a 15yr male. I have recently found myself watching many videos of Hamza’s, which have in turn enlightened me to many new concepts. I see him being lumped into the category of “redpill” media influencers such as Andrew Tate and believe that superficially to be inaccurate. I appreciate Hamzas guides to gratitude journaling, dopamine detoxing, staying fit and developing strong discipline. Am I wrong for admiring and respecting that? It seems Hamza is shunned here, and I’m curious to know why. I’ve for the past few days followed in those foot steps and only see a positive life trajectory from here. I do; however, have concerns as to whether this is manipulated and negative “redpill” content as some have described it as. Admittedly I don’t see it so. To note: I have no respect or admiration for people like Andrew Tate. I’m very open minded and only want to be the best person I can be, using the best resources I have access to. I would greatly appreciate any constructive comments on whether this is

  1. negative or 2. a slope into future polarisation

It seems to me, from at least what I have watched, to be positive and a helpful influence. Any input would be great, thanks.
