Need help with a friend

My brother is going through a similar issue and I don't know what to do either. Granted, he's not a redpiller (to my knowledge), but he's been acting super creepy towards his ex and has lost many friends because of their breakup and his actions (ceaselessly asking "why did she breakup with me" "what did I do wrong" etc. to her AND their mutual friends, and people have told him that he needs to lay off but he just won't listen). It's been a few months and he's still really depressed about it. He's been working out a lot which I suppose is good, but I think he's been missing quite a few meals as well...

I want to tell him that he's acting really creepy and that's why all of this is still happening, but I don't think he'd listen, plus it would be quite rude to just come up and say "you're a creep" after he's been struggling so much for months. I need a better, more sensitive way to get this across but I honestly don't know how.

Good luck with your friend, I hope you find some way to help him. It's really difficult, I wish I could give advice, but I'm in the same boat.

I have no idea but most red pillers aren't super self aware tell him what a jackass he is being, make it plain, hold up a mirror and all that.

He might be angry. So let him vent listen to his bullshit, nod, say un-hmm, then after he let you and the world know what a boob he's been tell him you disagree and let him hear your side. Or ya know a boxing or mma gym membership.(worked for me)

Ask other exredpillers what snapped them out of it and try that.

Sometimes you just have to let him learn his own lesson. If his strategy works and he's happy so be it, and if you don't like it he is probably not your friend. If it fails horribly tell him to try a different approach and life will go on. People make their own decisions for better or worse. Better he fails and learns than trying to dictate his life and piss each other off.

How does he feel in general ? If he's really angry or depressed, TRP could make things even worse right now (I know TRP did make me more depressed at first).

Maybe give him some RP advice yourself and help him feel better and understand some things.
