If you are disillusioned by red pill podcasts, you might want to watch these.

The first one, by actual justice warrior, a political channel that normally focuses on crime and law, but occasionally on culture and politics, is debunking some red pill stuff about women asked how much a guy should earn, how tall he should be and what kimd of car he should drive by going into statistics and something economists knwo of which is the difference between stated preferences vs reality. Just like if you asked a lot of guys how big their ideal woman's tits should be, they might say 36dd, it doesn't mean that this has any bearing on what theor standards actually are. The second video, by a YouTuber who mostly makes atheist content about religion recounts his actual life and how none of his life experiences match up with red pill theory. His wife loved him when he was broke and poor. Neither of them were virgins when they met,nor did they care. He gave her a car and didn't have any fear that she was going to misuse it or cheat on him. And yes their relationship has lasted for decades into the present. He gets a bit political, and criticizes Stephen Crowder, but I think all in all he has a lot of valid criticism of the current red pill discussion that is going on. I like his criticism of the transactional way that relationships are portrayed.
