Does anyone else notice how men will talk about how they want a HVW and will turn around and date a LVW?

I don't really see anyone else talking about this, but I've noticed that a lot of men will go on rants on what they want in a woman. They will say how they want a woman that gets her hair and nails done regularly, how they want a woman with a certain body type (usually a woman with an hourglass figure), how they want a woman with high self esteem that takes no bs and will turn around and date a woman that's the complete opposite of what he was talking about? They will date a woman that reeks internalized misogyny, looks like she barely takes care of herself, and extremely out of shape.

Why pretend like you have high expectations and you want a woman with high self esteem if that's not what you really want? I hope I'm wording this correctly and no I'm not saying that a woman with her nails done regularly and has an hourglass figure is neccesarily a HVW before anyone attempts to go on a rant. I'm just talking about in general a lot of men say they want women to have those things.
