This is true. Leaving is the best and only option. Men do not change for others. True change can only come if he wants to change for himself; not anyone else. Men are only capable of such change through loss and pain (rejection). Unfortunately, most men aren't introspective or self-aware enough to take the pain and self reflect on what he may have done wrong in the relationship (or even during the courtship phase). Instead, these men choose to blame everyone but themselves for their problems. In case of relationships, they choose to blame their partner for not being loyal or caring or loving enough if she chooses to leave. It's never anything they did (or didn't do) that contributed to the relationship ending. Men who think like this cannot be reasoned with, and so the best option is just to leave and let them figure it out.

Girl, that is why you where a referee costume on the first date. When he shows a red flag, you pull out a yellow flag and say "15 yard penalty for [insert red flag here.]" it's the only language these men understand.
