The most you can do is breadcrumb and/or signal to indicate interest. You don't ask him out and if he doesn't ask you out he's not interested.

It could work, but your odds are unfavourable and you have to do it in a very specific and strategic way. You do not ask him out, you do not ask for his number. I don’t see anything non FDS about asking cutie behind you for a recommendation on what muffin to get while in line at Starbucks. He can take it from there if he’s interested. I do not recommend doing this though.

I try to follow The Rules, and they say don’t even give him a HINT of interest. Don’t talk to him, don’t even look at him. I like this method because it ensures that the guys who do approach you are very into your look and confident af. This increases your chances of finding a mate that will give you what you want. If he’s very physically attracted to you, he’ll be willing to bend over further to gain your approval. Approaching guys first doesn’t really give him the opportunity to choose YOU. He might just think you’re cute enough and waste 5 years of your life until dream girl comes along.

O...Kay? Not sure if I get the logic here. When a guy doesn’t pursue you first he’s probably pursuing a bunch of other women too... except you.
