After coming across this sub I've come to acknowledge I've been a pickmeisha my whole life. I was conditioned that way.

I almost feel like I'm changing characters to become HVF. I'm refraining from dating to figure this out.

I'm wondering where and if the saying "just be yourself" comes in to play? Is be yourself but guarded more appropriate?
