I just want to share a small yet significant achievement that recently happened:

I always had been a pickmeisha, to the point that I kept contact with my LVM ex boyfriends thinking they would somehow change, grow up and pick up the relationship where we left off. This was particularly true with my first boyfriend: a musician wannabe that barely graduated highschool, typical couch creature that smokes weed and plays guitar all day long, yet I always thought he had the potential of being different if I helped him enough.

Then I found FDS and now I’m embarrassed just to admit how wrong I was.

He texted me today. He called me “woman”. The audacity!

My pickmeisha past self would have probably been ready to hook up with him on the spot, but instead I texted him never to call me a woman again and blocked him immediately.

Self respect is what is taught here, ladies! And because of all of you I’m proud to say my pickmeisha ass is already dead and I’m ready to live happily with the newfound love of my life - ME!!
