I don't know what else to tell you. If you refuse to read my replies properly or attribute views to me that I have not expressed or could even be inferred from my words then further discussion is pointless. Your misinformed beef with radical feminism is not my problem nor my responsibility.

1) & 2) are individual choices, IMO 3) There is a world of difference between personal hygiene and spending SOME time and effort on your appearance vs spending several dollars a month on makeup, a new outfit before every date, 3+ hours getting ready and thousands of dollars killing your skin receptors for the sake of appearances. I sometimes find the focus on appearance extreme on this sub. At this point I wonder if you are still leveling up or if you are just pandering to the male gaze. Even me…

This brings back unpleasant memories. Working from home I don't have to listen to this BS. I dread going back to the office, even though I do like to be there a few days a week. Then I hear a conversation like this and I'd wish I'd be working exclusively from home again.

I get what you are saying. But to me it seems more a "if you can't beat em, join em" kind of strategy. It's the same thing as trying to use sexual objectification as a mean of "empowerment". It's like saying "if I am going to be objectified, I'd rather do it do myself." Sure, it gives you a feeling of control, but it is ultimately an illusion and it perpetuates a very dehumanising term term applied to the group you belong to.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/21 07:56 PM

Problem is that you can't take back a term you never owned. The N-word has not been repurposed. It's still very racist.

I am a radfem and I support FDS, although titles like that do give me pause. I don't agree with everything FDS does and says. For example their complaints about not being supported by other subs they supported themselves and then turning around and dumping on Ovarit and treating them the same as other "female"/"feminist" have treated FDS. I find it highly hypocritical. Also lumping in Ovarit with femcels and wgtow. It needs to stop. It's incredibly ignorant of them. They have Gail Dines on one w…

It definitely counts as cheating. They'd throw a fit if their wives acted like that. They know damn well it crosses a line.

I would never date a contruction worker. The ones I've had to deal with over the years for work on my house are rude and inconsiderate. They don't seem to care that anyone actually lives here. They also don't respect appointments, are more often late than not and don't call to reschedule and then get mad when you have other commitments that don't suit them.

But it still literally means "female dog". It shouldn't be used for anything other than that purpose. Anything female should not be used as an insult, because we dimish our own existence when we do.

Yeah, that's so weird. My parents would never show pictures from my childhood to my boyfriends. I've had, however, plenty of moms from the guys I was dating showing me pictures of their sons when they were little. So strange.

I agree with the general sentiment, but I can't understand for the life of me why women keep using anti-woman slurs like "b*tch". Shouldn't we hold our use of language to certain standards as well?

She needs a new husband too. What a prick. He could have kept the statue somewhere else, where she would not be con fronted with it every day or their children wouldn't see. Futhermore, if he loved her as much as he claimed surely there could be no problem creating a statue of her as she is now, with clothes on. He sounds shallow AF.

It's a vicious cycle. Porn was created because they hate women. Because of porn they hate women more. The result: more violent porn and more women murdered by men in western countries for three straight years in a row.

Firstly, don't respond to trolls in your PM's. In fact it's better to turn off DM's altogether for the account you use for FDS. Secondly, if you are moving solely for the purpose of dating you are setting yourself up for failure and unhappiness. Sure, it can be part of the reasons you move, but you must like the city you move to, otherwise your whole happiness depends on a guy and that is giving even HVM too much power. I remember him from the Alias series (well worth watching). He played your stereotypical "nice guy" in it, but thankfully he does not end up Sydney. I also never want to see The Hangover or Silver Linings Playbook. I am not even sure why I don't want to see the last one. I hear it's very good.

It also bothers me that she does not even call her husband when she can't meet him for the dinner plans she made herself. That is not high value behavior. Ofcourse you may wonder why the husband is not making the plans. But either way, if you agree to plans you need to call if you can't make it at the very least.

Really angry at Joe Biden. Afghanistan was never exactly a beacon of democracy. But the 2001 invation really destabilized the country. Now he is withdrawing troops without consulting other countries involved or the people those troops were somewhat protecting. It's such a dick move. "Yes, we came into your house and made a mess. Sorry, but I am an athiest. I refuse to have anything to do with patriarchal religions that keep women down. Part of the reason we women were robbed of the power we should have had is due to religious arguments that we are somehow "guilty", "unclean" and worth "less than a man". Patriarchy religion has cost and continues to cost millions of women their lives and has robbed even more of their spirit. I am glad you have found a childlike spark, but if you want to keep it patriarchal religions are …

I think all of Andy's friends were totally shitty and Nate the worst of them all. However, it does not excuse the nightmare of a boss that is Miranda. Her demands were often impossible, she only lives for her work. Her career had become dead-end. She could never hope to be anything more than Editor in Chief, while constantly having to do battle to maintain her position. A high value woman is more than her job. I am uncomfortable of thinking of ourselves as objects in any shape or form, because scrotes have been doing that for millenia. Instead I would say that without me there would be no table. Since many men don't even own a table this is accurate.

That's what I meant with sabotage. They create systems and make them essential for participating in modern day societies and then block women's access to those systems. Our "depencency" was only ever entirely artificial.

Women his age would never have him, because he has no value. That's why they prey on younger women who have not yet developed the life experience to recognise the BS. Sadly liberal femism teaches them that this kind of predatory behavior is perfectly acceptable.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/07/21 12:12 PM

They also deliberately misread women's body language. I think it was a thing to consider a woman scratching her hand as a sign she "likes you". Bish, if I scratch my skin, it's because it's irritated. If a man causes that irritation, that's not exactly points in his favor.

Would it be possible to discuss leveling up your appearance without becoming obsessive about it? Whenever I focus more on my appearance I have a tendency to go overboard and start scrutinizing every square millimeter of my face and it hurts my self-esteem in the long run. How do you maintain balance?

Problem is that Bella is a really bad pickme. There is plenty to criticise about Twilight. Just because men don't like it either for different reasons does not mean it gets a pass. Plus, don't forget that it spawned 50 Shades too and those books did even more damage to women's self-esteem. I was absolutely horrified to learn that 10 year ago, women in their early twenties considered it good sex and good writing. I think it's important to have conversations with them and to teach them to be critical of media. Ask them what they see and what message they think it sends and why. Kids can be damn sharp and will often notice more than adults think if we are only willing to listen to them and take their concenrs seriously. Agreed, plus there is barely any effort in just sending money. He doesn't have to think about what you would like. He doesn't have to plan and organise anything. This is like the guy who was suppose to organise a cleaning service for his wife's birthday, but he just wanted to order a gift from Amazon for her instead. All because he did not like putting in effort for her.

You're right. I had not understood the intention of your post. I took it to mean that both men's as well as women's attention and time is equally valuabe. I think that's how it should but, but it's not the world we live in.

I am not sure I agree. Men's attention and time is abundent. They will give it to any woman who might be open to have sex with him. Men will even spend hours obsessing over this sub. I think their time and attention could be valuable, if they didn't give it away so readily.

She has given him every opportunity to make things for "equal" by letting him buy half the house or getting a new place together and he says he won't do that. I am in Europe and unfortunately I have experienced the same. Men don't want to be friends. They will only ever befriend you because they think sex might at some point happen, even if it is years down the line. The only difference is that they are less brazen about it than US men.

BS. Violent crimes against men have been steadily trending downwards. Not so for women, though. For us the violence and murder rates have been increasing in the past couple of years. I wasn't comparing the two. But are we absolutely certain that the mom simply handed over her child? The mom from the other story will likely end up looking bad as well. Often times there is abuse involved of the mother as well as the child. I am reluctant to blame moms for failing to protect their children. Women are required to always frame every interaction with men within the context of possible violence. This is so true. I am often not even conciously aware of it, but there is always this uneasy feeling in the back of my mind when I interact with men (especially when I don't know them that well) and I am in a vulnerable position, however slightly. This goes away with time. Although, that's likely even more dangerous as most women and girls are attacked by men they know.

This is so insidious. I felt the same way. I felt like I owed the guy in some way. In fact the majority of the world feels that way that if a guy does something nice, you should do something "nice" in return and that thing is usually sex. There are so many ways in which we women are guilttripped and cajoled into doing things for men we don't to do. Gavin de Becker in The Gift of Fear talked about this aswell. The message is also discouraging women from having children, or if they do to go it alone. Because with a male partner they can't protect them.

I feel sorry for them though. I think they are getting the worse deal out of it. Anna Nicole never inherited anything and was forced to go back into prostitution after spending years as arm-candy to a repulsive, walking corpse. Melania has to spend her days with a disgusting orange blob, who can't even string two sentences together and is likely heading for financial ruin, dragging her and her child with him. These women were sold a lie.

Hear, hear! It was never a question of women being good enough for men, but about men being good enough for women. Even if we lived in a matriarchy there are biological sacrifices women make in relationships that men will never have to worry about, so they had better bring something to the table to even the score.

I have given up on dating altogether. How I deal with it is by realizing that it's good to try and achieve your goals, but we do not get to have everything we want in life, despite our best efforts. Not getting certain things you want does not decrease your value in any way. This is especially true where your goals/dreams are depended on other people. You can't control other people's actions, you can only control your own. However, you do not have to keep people in your life who detract from it …

These women are expecting Christian Grey, but I’ve never met a tall/dark/handsome dom. Every self proclaimed “dom” I have ever met, was a gross misogynistic loser. Who is taking out his years of rejection out on a much younger woman with false expectations. But doesn't that describe Christian Grey? He is much older than she is and he does hate women. What he looks like is immaterial. He is a trash human being. I remember being at a birthday party and I was talking to a few women in their early t…

That respect only existed for as long as the woman had no ambition of her own. It was also easier for men to control their wives as it was written in the law. Women had to take oit credit cards in their husband names, therefore with their husband's permission, could get a bank account with a husband or father signing the paperwork, had to submit to sex whenever a guy wanted it and were often fired when they married or got pregnant. With women being legally dependent on men, ofcourse it was easy …

But if men are supposed to be “leaders” and “providers” how did we end up here? It's the epitome of capitalist patriarchy, create the problem and then sell yourself as the solution to the victims. Men have created a dangerous world in which women have fewer economic opportunities. Men then sell themself (and make no mistake the price for us is high) as "provider" and "protector" as a "solution" to the shit they created for us in the first place.

If we could diagnoses diabetes and PCOS by looking at body shapes, what would we need doctors for? This would mean there is a risk of women with less abdominal fat to get misdiagnosed if they do have diabetes or PCOS. Just because B follows A, does not mean A causes B. Also, if you are going to claim this is well documented, I'd like to see which sources you are referring to.

Bogus. Your shape says nothing about your fertility. Plus, many men find heavily pregnant women "ugly" and childbirth even more so. I hate this channel though. These guys are so smug and lecturing. They focus less on the material and more on their own words. I have seen better analyses of the relationship dynamics in Twilight from other Youtube channels and particularly from female Youtubers. They are not wrong in that the movie does a great exploration of the subject, I just which it was done by a different channel.

No, they aren't. Not when they are calling ab*rtion "m*rder". Not when they claim to have women's best interests at heart while at the same time making life impossible for women. Neither conservative men, nor progressive men are women's allies. Here is what Andrea Dworkin had to say about the subject: The difference between left-wing and right-wing when it comes to women is only about where exactly on our necks their boots should be placed. To right-wing men, we are private property. To left-w…

The opposite is true. Justifying and excusing men getting off on depictions of violent hate-speech and sexualized violence against women makes you insecure. Demanding respect and not accepting anything less is where confidence is at.

Exactly! Plus, posting it on social media makes it perfomative. It's such a pickme think to do to fawn of every single nice thing a man does. A simple thank you will suffice. Furthermore, the same goes for him. If she cooks him a meal a thank you will suffice. I notice women thank men a lot more for cooking than the other way around.

Yeah, is using arguments very selectively. We are whatever men need us to be in certain moments. Too weak to fend for ourselves, but strong enough to birth babies and take care of them and the household. Too disorganised to run a company, but perfectly organised to run our own lives and everyone else's. Not capable of enduring pain and therefore useless as soldiers and capable of handling pain better than men so we can give birth and tolerate men beating us. Depending on the situation we are eit…

It starts with how the tabacco industry deliberately misled people by flooding scientific publications with studies that either redirected people's focus or tried to make the harmful effects seem minimal. She then continues with how women were pushed out of medical science since the 18th century and how medical texts either hid or denied women's contributions or outright stole their knowledge, because many women could not read or write.

What power? Did any men ever promote a woman to the highest position he could offer because she was having sex with him? I call BS. At best it got her some money and single promotion. It's not just the sexual stuff either. Relationships are emotionally one side too. Guys would get mad if I'd rather spend time with family or friends who would actually listen to my problems for a change and emotionally support me. There was an episode in the Gilmore Girls where Sookie found out she was pregnant. She was really mad about it, because she thought her husband had had vasectomy. He hadn't in the end, but he never told her about it. She was pregnant for the third time and really unhappy about it. Never once was the possibility of abortion even discussed in the show. I felt sick.

What has always bugged me about OLD apps is that my filter did not extend to who was able to find me. So I could set a filter for between 25 and 28 for example. Men of 50+ years could still find my profile. I never understood why that is. If I filter out these guys, why could they still find me? It was so disgusting to me.

Baby-trapping is something men do to women, not the other way around. Men are 100% repsonsible for all the pregnancies in the world. A woman cannot get pregnant without sperm. Without penetration or IVF there are zero pregnancies. It was and always will be their fault so they should pay.

Large or small, I don't orgasm from penetration ever. I need a guy who is good with his hands or his tongue for that. Dick size really doesn't matter to me, though I might be in the minority. Actually that's not entirely accurate. A large dick is a problem for me. It just won't fit. I actual prefer smaller dicks for penetration. But really I get nothing out of it. And with the risk of pregnancy or disease, I'd rather not do penetration at all.

White women who tout sex-work 9 out of 10 times don't do that work themselves. They advocate for "other" women doing that work. Futhermore, even white women who do this work are largely not Kardashians or Hiltons. They are fooling themselves into thinking that sexwork doesn't torpedoe any chances of other careers they may want to pursue in the long run. Check out the documentary Hot Girl Wanted. So true. Many men are permanently on insult mode when it comes to women. I have been subtly or not so subtly put down by men throughout my life. Women have always worked. Traditionally only women from extremely wealthy families could afford to stay home and not bring in an income. For everyone else, and that has been the majority of households throughout history, women and children worked outside the home. They worked as maids, nannies, laborers, seemstresses, etc. Why do we keep forgetting about this? It's only after the second WW that women from middle class families could stay home. But that time was brief and is disappearing again.

Even if he actively tries to avoid being exposed to any kind of porn, he will still see objectified women and girls in advertisement (yes, girls, because it's common for modeling agencies to hire girls of 12 or 13 as first time models) and it will impact how he views women.

This is also what second wave feminists have been saying for decades. They never talked about "equality" either. Equal to what? We still live in a patriarchy. Why be equal under a sub-par system that is designed around men's wants (not even needs) and also factors women's needs in second, if at all. We need a society that centers around women's needs, because that automatically includes men as well since women give birth to everyone and have a vested interest in the well-being of their children.…

I don't like the concept. I am not sure why. I also feel it's one-sided, where once again the onus is on women to do the translating.

Once again, I don't regret becoming celibate. So done with this BS. I don't know for how many men I have been a pawn and with any luck I will never find out. But my trust in men has dropped below freezing. I don't even want them in my house anymore, let alone my bedroom.

That would mean they'd have to reflect upon their own behavior towards women. They would rather serve a life-time prison sentence for murder than look in the mirror.

Oh, men. I had a friend from college who always (and I do mean always) was dating guys with a long string of "crazy-exGirlfriends" and she just couldn't see the pattern. This is a bit of the "nice guys" debate. It still treats women and the relationships they enter into as a reward for men's good behavior. Guys should be nice as a rule, but unless there is chemistry a relationship should not happen.

It's not just the LV men either. I know many couples who are married and have settled down and won't have children because they can't even afford to buy a house or send their hypothetical children to college. The financial resources to give children a fighting chance in life just aren't there and many HV (and even LV) men realize this and won't have children either because they don't think it's fair to the next generation.

Agreed. Personal "empowerment" that comes at the cost of other women is profoundly disempowering for all women. Because even though you may be on top of the world now, you too can lose your health, your money, your independence and before you know it you become another source for the "empowerment" of other women. It's also not a hole that's easy to crawl out of once you're in it.

A guy testing women IS being disrespectful. There should be no testing of boundaries. That's a LV quality. He was an impressionist and all of the first impressionist painters were women, because color theory was not yet a science and their technique was regardless as "childlike" precisely because they were women. Van Gogh simply joined a movement that was started by women. It's not about being an adacemic, it's about the originators of this movement not getting the credit they deserve, but a man like Van Gogh has been imortilized for it.

I also noticed that when it comes to guilt and shame, men and women feel it for very different reasons. Women often feel it for something they haven't done, whereas men most often feel it for things they have done. We are always expected to be more than we are capable and willing to be. Men are always expected to be less than what they can and are willing to do. The expectations we deal with are are too high and men's too low. The balance is just not there.

There are several high-profile BDSM abuse story coming out every year for the past couple of years and they shout "no true scotsman" at each and everyone of them. Not entirely true. Survival has always come first and we rely on an income for that. People of just a hundred years ago or even before that did the same. In fact they were only free on Sundays and religious holidays. This has been the case fot every civilization in the past and present. It was only when people lived in small nomadic communities they put their loved ones and extended family members first. But that was for most of humanity thousands of years ago.

Never send nudes and never let him take nudes of you either. If you want to have nude photo's of yourself take them with a decent camera (no smart-phone) and keep them stored offline.Because otherwise. sooner or later they will end up somewhere you don't want them to.

Someone linked Jenny Nicholson's Brony Con video earlier this week. Thank you. She has quite an interesting channel and I have been watching a few of her videos. But I was surprised to see how many downvotes she got for this video. It got my thinking about movies that have a large male fan-base. In this list you'll find movies like Fight Club, The Matrix, American Psycho and basically any Tarantino movie. I consider these red-flags.

I have looked up pictures of these guys. And maybe I would have still considered them attractive 10 years ago, but now they just look old and whithered to me. I am not really jealous of anybody. I think jealousy is a waste of my energy and implies I do not think others deserve their success> I am , however, envious of the women who knew quite early in life what they wanted to do and pursued their goals with vigor, even if their goals changed a long the way. I am more of a wanderer and often times I still need to figure out where I want to go next. Some roles, I've had, I've ended up in by accident and were never part of any plan, but a result of other…

Same applies at work. If a coworker or even boss tries to get you to "prove" something, don't fall for it. It's either a ploy to get you to take on more work or a distraction to not let you work on projects you really want to do. If they say: "I'll let you work on x if you can prove y", that means you'll never get to do x. Someone else already has it or will get it soon. Better let go of it and if happens more than once, start looking for another job.

That whole "developing early" thing is just an excuse that men use to be pigs toward teenage girls. Men (in their 30s & 40s, sometimes even older) starting becoming really creepy toeards me as of age 10 and I was obviously just a child and completely flat. It makes no difference what your body looks like. It makes no difference how you dress. You are female and therefore they try to teach you early that your only possible value lies in how sexually appealing you are to them.

Recently I have started to be a bit aloof in the office. I used to say good morning first, but now I no longer do that. I wait for them to say good morning and then greet them back. I also no longer smile at them when I walk in. Probably should have done that from the beginning, because it seems to work. Being professional and kurt seems the way to go. Keep score. You should not do this in a relationship, but if you find you are doing more favours for your male coworkers than they are for you, stop it immediately! For example: We get coffee for each other in our office. Normally, if you get up to get coffee, you get it for everyone. (This was pre-COVID). I noticed I was getting up more often to get coffee than they were, because I am a coffee-hound. So, now I only get it for them twice a day max and if I want more, I just get it for myself.

Same. I would never compliment a man I don't know and never for looks. I also don't smile or say hello to strange men in passing. If they say hello first I nod politely and say a kurt hello. But I always make sure to be as unapproachable as possible.

This is why I am constantly afraid for this sub everytime Reddit has another ban-wave. It affects female subs much more than male subs. Which is why, I have already made backup plans for myself. I have joined other communities outside of Reddit and have become a members of this sub's website too. You'll find me there if anything ever happens to this sub.

"Seeing as the numbers are rising I don't want to go anywhere public." This is such bullshit. You're more likely to catch Corona in someone's home then with masks and social distancing in public. This is a pathetic excuse to try and get sex from a woman.

This is really it. It's the same argument against women having had "too" many sex partner. She learns what she likes, she learns how to communicate, she learns to enforce her boundaries better and she learns how to select suitable sex partners. Men are well aware this excludes 99% of them. Women's increased sexual experiences is detrimetal to their access to women, because at some point the effects of brainwashing, due to living in a pornified society, diminish. LVM know this, which is why women…

This makes me legit scared for a friend right now. I know her boyfriend recently hurt his hand by punching a wall. I used to think he was nice, but that kind of violent outburst really puts me off. But I saw no signs of him being abusive towards her otherwise. Now, I see the wall punching in a different light.

I joked with a male coworker about my age. He seemed pissed when I refused to tell him how old I actually was. Men tell these jokes all the time and I never get pissed if they tell me an obvious lie about how old they are. I never understand why men apply different standards of acceptable behavior to women.

The moment you can afford to, you need to stand on your own two feet. Don't live with anyone for a while and it's probably best not to date either. Don't date, because you have not had the best role models for a love life and you'll need time to heal. As for your mother, it's clear she wants you out of the way for all the shitty lvm she wants in her life. Best focus on building up a good life for yourself and making good friends and then look towards dating.

I didn't know that about Britney Spears. They did do that to Jessica Simpson. I remember watching Newly Weds wayyyyy back (she was married to a scrote) and one episode she was in tears because the bosses of her record label said that her music sounded "too bluesy" and that because of the high notes people couldn't sing along to it. I felt so bad for her and was angry a the label heads. But I already knew back then how fake the music industry is.

Also the term "strong female character" is really toxic, like it is something unusual that should surprise us. The issue is not pornography but rape. Really? I am pretty sure the rape-rates are so high, because of pronography. Scenes depicting non-consesual acts (even if performed by paid performers) are immensely popular and a lot of men and boys jerk off to it. They are rewarding themselves with an orgasm for watching this shit. I am pretty sure it reenforces the notions that women and girls somehow "deserve" this.

That is such BS. Right now, except for COVID hit jobs, every employer I know is clamoring to get new people. Some of these comments really disturb me. In every country on Earth the statistic proof that the women most at risk from are the ones partnered to one. If we stop dating men (and kill the sex industry) the murder and rape rates would go down, not up. Men with female partners do not hesitate to kill or rape. Furthermore, who should these sacrificial women be, partnered to scrotes to keep the rest of us "safe". It is the very fact that sex and relations are easy to get for men that causes all thes…

I feel the same about this story. He claimed she left him angry messages that demanded he'd contact her. I'll bet it was about the rape and that's why he broke it off. On top of that your value as a sex worker is inversely related to your age and your level of experience, so the longer you are in it the less you can charge till you get too old to get any clients at all. We also don't negotiate for ourselves well, or at all sometimes. Remember what Jennifer Lawrence said about not negotiatiating for a hire rate while being paid less than her less qualified male co-stars: "I didn't want to be perceived as a brat." We get told over and over again not to ask for things we want/need/deserve. Little girls get assertiveness and ability to advocate for themselves stomped out of them at quite a young age. Never underestimates a man's capability to lie, particularly when it comes to sex. He never wanted to get married. It's only because Michelle kept brining it up. In the end he proposed by having a waiter bring the ring along with dessert and he then said to Michelle: "This ought to shut you up."

Normally I'd say not to applaud a guy for doing the minimum, but the penguin water bottle and fuzzy socks are a really nice touch.

I got this at work. A co-worker will complain constantly toward me about all sorts of shit, but won't to the manager who can actually affect change. Ugh.

A man pretending to be a woman defending men's shitty behavior.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/11/20 05:25 PM

Right? I don't believe this is a woman either. Even pickmeishas usually have a different tone. This was definitely personal.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/11/20 05:24 PM

I wasn't making that argument. Don't put words in my mouth. My argument was that their husbands are not good men, because they don't do 50% of the houswork and they don't keep their dick on their pants. I am privileged, because I am not lugging the deadweight of a useless man. But it was a 100% my choice, just as it was a 100% the choice of your married sister and your married friends to get into a subpar marriage.

There are plenty of white people who have more kids than they can raise. I am not saying they should have more money, although it would be a good goal to aim for, I am saying they should limit the number of kids they have. Unless you don't have access to birthcontrol or don't know how pregancies happen, then it has little to do with privilege and everything to do with being responsible parents.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 07:23 PM

The bar is low for good behavior in men. The minimum for husband should be 50% of the housework when he is at home. That said, I wasn't calling them lazy, but kids are very expensive, particularly if you want to give them a good education. I feel a lot of people have kids for the sake of it and don't consider the circumstances under which these kids have to grow up.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 07:06 PM
14

You say they have good husbands, but they have more kids than they can afford and they have no help. How good can these husbands be if they are not pulling their weight and let their families live in poverty. The kids didn't ask for this and they deserve better.

The cake is also placed on the edge of the table and can fall down at any time, making a mess she will no doubt be expected to clean up.

If all a guy knows about you is what you look like, then I'd say that it's definitely a LV action. If he is HV, your whole existence should matter to him, not just your appearance, which will change over time anyway.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 03:29 PM

I agree. What little effort they put into taking at least a decent picture is very telling how much they care. If a tourist asked them to take a picture, he'd probably do a better of it. But I've also had exes who wanted me to pose in a certin way, usually some kind of sexually, vulnerable (still with clothes on though) way. I hated that too, because it's not natural for me to be that way. It made me wonder how they really saw me and I didn't like it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 09:39 AM

True, it's literally a pua move to show himself hanging out with average looking women to make beautiful women think that he is not shallow.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 09:36 AM
5

Not even that. The comments basically stating that he cares about "you", not what you look like. Or "they want to see genuine pictures, not instagram perfect ones." The self-delusion of these women is killing me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 09:32 AM
12

I think men often don't notice women at all, even very beautiful women, when they are just going about their lives, bounding with other men and building their careers. Women only become visible in specific scenarios and specific contexts.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/11/20 09:30 AM

Don't read the comments. People mistake the lack of effort in taking a proper picture for affection.

Definitely. It's women and lower ranking males who enforce it. Higher ranking males are not that interested in the day to day upkeep of the patriarchy, they have others do that for them and profit from it the most.

Now that you mention it, I think it might have been entirely possible an adult in his environment was using porn to groom him. 8 seems really young to discover it on his own. EDIT: It was succesful because he turned into a little shit towards all the girls in class, where as before there was none of that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/11/20 04:42 PM

A boy in my class who was 8 at the time drew a picture of breasts and told me that it was supposed to be me. I was 7 and not even close to puberty. We didn't even have the internet back then.

It's a start, but I would amend it to say don't do "wifey" shit for anyone. Adults should clean up after themselves and help each other out. Being responsible is not a reward for someone else's good behavior.

It's their tiny minds that are the problem. I am sure a large dick won't stop a guy from being a rapist. It's all because they don't see as a human beings, but merely as meatsocks to use and abuse.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/11/20 09:51 PM

It makes me sad to see so many teenage girls feel bad about not having had sex yet. I waited till I was in my twenties, because I just wasn't ready and my parents often impressed upon me not to have sex till I felt like it and that no one had the right to pressure me. I am very glad I waited. Don't regret it at all. I didn't have sex with my first boyfriend although he literally cried about it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/11/20 09:20 PM

I hadn't considered this before, but you are right. I don't often see men (online at least) go around calling male accusers liars, only female accusers. It's even a default. "Woman/girl says she was raped? Oh she must me lying/regretting." While male victims are often discredited by their rapists, they do get sympathy and understanding from the world at large. This is how it's should be for female victims as well.

I wondered about this too. I recently went in for a Corona test, because of cold symptoms (thankfully negative), but the nurse (was a guy) doing the swaps was really rough. This is BS. Been in a relationship where a deceased ex came up once. He was LV in other areas, but the ex was not an issue at all.The ex is only hell if the guy makes it one. The ex is just an axcuse and it's a double insult to both his current partner as well as the legacy of the former one who died and is now being used as a stick to beat people with.

This is why I cannot watch shows like Game of Thrones. Plus, they pretend rape is just "rough sex". I also can't watch Outlander for that same reason and I turned off The Witcher the moment they started to show a garden full of naked women. None of this is entertainment for me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/11/20 12:29 PM

I think this is the right attitude. What interesting thing could their possibly be to try at a coffee place? The pressure will be solely on whether or not you click and there is nothing else to make it enjoyable if you get of to rough starts with finding conversation topics. With dinner you can start off by talking about the restaurant and the menu and take it from there.

I worked in the shipping industry for while. While, I was never assaulted the men there made it clear they "tolerated" me at best. It was a mental hell-hole. I had to listen to their stupid anti-woman "jokes" on the daily. I always got the worst shift too and was blamed for being new and inexperienced. So glad I got out of there and I had it "easy" compared to quite a few women in that industry.

Just a warning about Adam Curtis. He loves sweeping generalisations and broad statements, without providing much evidence. He pulls a lot of different things, some of which are unrelated, together to form terrifying and rage inducing narratives. He is enjoyable to watch and has some good points, but take most of his stuff with a grain of salt. Edit: a few of his favorite lines: This is the story of... Fortunately... Unfortunately... What they didn't realize... You can even turn this into a drink…

This is also really the main purpose of BDSM. The victim feels so good about the trauma bonding that they are blind to the removal of their self-esteem, their self-determination and even their own identity.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/10/20 12:06 PM

All her examples were from women who were being abused, but it's important to note that emotional, psychological, and physical abuse can happen to anyone. This is the part that stood out to me. Everything here is classic narcissistic abuse taken to extreme ends, but even a little bit of this can be very damaging.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/10/20 12:01 PM
7

You have fallen into the clutches of a narc. He probably recognize the abuse you suffered in the past and that's what he honed in on. I suspect there was also a good amount of love-bombing early on in the relationship. Please, get yourself out sooner rather than later. Every day you stay with him will put you more in danger. It's better to recover after you surgery with family or friends. Is it abosultely not possible to move back before you have it?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/10/20 07:18 PM

I hear you on the self-esteem front. I used to develop crushes that were sure to go unnoticed/unrequitted. For me this was like drinking alcohol when I was feeling low and not good enough for my surroundings. I haven't had it happen to me since I fully emerged myself in FDS. I don't need them anymore.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/10/20 06:47 PM

Just when I thought men couldn't get more repulsive to me, they somehow manage to make themselves even worse. I have a lot of my male coworkers say my name when talking to me, but I am convinced this is not because of a romantic and/or sexual interest. EDIT: I find it a little be strange though. /r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/10/20 04:36 AM

Yeah, sometimes men who call themslves feminists are even worse. It doesn't just stop with menspalining feminism to women either. This is where the whole idea of sex-positivism comes from.

I work with mostly men and I am fairly new. That's how they get away with it. In some ways it's kinda like highschool. If you protest they know you hate it and will continue untill you get fed up and quit. If you punish and discourage the behavior it'll stop in the end. Mostly I just turn away from the conversation to get back to work. Nobody can get on your case for that. Or I interrupt the conversation with a work related question. This time I just had to say something to put a stop to it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/10/20 04:52 PM

If I did that I'd be finished. Unfortunately, unlike with my personal life I have to approach this kind of BS with some strategy and a bit punishment to discourage them from doing it again, but not in such an obvious way that it marks me as the problem.

OMG, had this stupid "discussion" at work again recently. Some dude had taken pictures of women's supposedly shitty parking jobs. I have seen men do worse with parking, but whatever. When I was asked for my opinion I told them that since expectations for women's parking are so low I park like an asshole on purpose to get as much space for myself as possible. I exaggerated this by stating that I park diagonally across three spaces. I think this may have been a bit of a lightbulb moment for them. …

I like your post. I would just like to make one small side-note. There is a difference to "feeling" empowered and "being" empowered. I fear that libfems put too much emphasis on the feeling. That focus on feelings in this instance can lead to being tricked into doing things that are decided disempowering such a porn and BDSM.

This. It doesn't matter what he wants or why. If it's incompatible with your wants and desires there is no point in wasting time.

These red pillers can twitch and squirm all they like. They are a dying breed and they know it. We are the future, they are the past. Speaking of which, just had one trying to get into my DM's. Account was less than an hour old. I think he made it just in an effort to talk to me. I almost feel sorry for him that his efforts were fruitless.

I can understand why you reacted that way. If anybody blamed my mom for something that was done to her I would probably lose my shit too. 25 years is a long time. Maybe don't reach out to her, but keep the line open, so to speak, in case she decides she wants to level up. If she ever wants to come around, perhaps it's worth rekindling the friendship. It's up to you if you are okay with that.

I am not so sure he was actually goodlooking. There is a line in both this series and the book which goes: "He wouldn't be quite so handsome if he was not quite so rich." So all he had going for himself was his money. It's also a bit of a disconnect where he treats the people he has known for a long time well, but is a jerk to every new connection. He had no need to treat the people in Hertfordshire the way he did. They immediately hated him for his behavior too. Maybe it had something to do wit…

I think he grows into a high value male, after it becomes clear that Elizabeth will accept him as no less. But she doesn't set out to fix him. After that proposal it looks like they won't meet again. But , this being a book and all and ofcourse they will end up together, etc.

It's a shame that they are still friends in the end though. I really wished she had just cut him out of her life. Also what she does before she finally leaves screams pickme.

I used the have the DVD. The starting menu features a "his side" "her side" selection. I've always hated it. This movie was advertised as two people disagreeing and not communicating, but it's really about a woman and her dead weight, man baby. Their relationship never made sense to me. She went out with this much better looking dude and then suddenly this guy because he started verbally harassing her. Like, really?

Financial indepence is the first step to leveling up. It's the foundation on which you build the rest of your life. Right, now I am still completely dependent on steady employment, which is the same as putting all your eggs in one basket. If the economy takes out my industry, I won't even be able to keep a roof over my head. That is what I want to do FIRE, because I want more than one source of income. Retiring early is a bonus.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/10/20 07:33 AM

The only reason a bully bullies is because he or she is trying to score some cheap points with their shitty friends, regardless of the sex of the victim. The motives for abuse are always the same. The victim is just conveniently there. Usually the bully will have forgotten within five minutes the hurt they caused and the laughs of approval and fear they have received. They will do it again tomorrow or even an hour later.

Sure, this is financially generous, but it's not much of a date. Browsing and selecting books to buy is a solitary activity. Plus, this requires no planning and no preparation and requires little to no effort in trying to impress your date with your conversation skills and personal grooming.

You should check out some lectures by Gail Dines. She talks about this at length and also about the endorsement of porn by liberal feminism. Gail Dines doesn't show graphic material, but she does talk about the acts done to women's bodies in porn in details and also of the injuries that women in porn sustain, so beware. She says: In porn they have done everything to a woman's body short of killing her.

OMG, The Price of Pleasure was so difficult to watch. I saw it over 10 years ago. It showed me for the first time what men are actually watching and not what they want women to think porn is. I cried a lot watching that documentary. It has alerted me to the fact of just how much men hate women. Hardcore is another difficult, wake-up call documentary. Also traumatizing to watch.

Have any of you read Becoming by Michelle Obama? She wrote about her life and her marriage in detail. I will have to say that while I think of Barrack as a HVM now, he wasn't initially. He did not want to commit and was on occasion an absent husband and father, although in his defence he did try to prioritise his family and it ended up costing him politically. A lot of (white) women stayed home in 2016. Hillary might not have been everyone's candidate, however if there had been a higher female turnout in 2016 in both the primaries as well as the general election, there is no way you would have had trump for a president right now. Yeah, it's very one-sided. Women hear this all the time, but I am not so sure men are given the same advice.

If I noticed they saw me this way after I have sex with them, I'd might wish violence on them too. As it stands, not having sex with them at all is the better options. Men are so vile.

Those with power will claw and fight to hang on to it. The more violence and intimidation they use the more power they have to lose.

It might not have been you, unless the mods can read DM's. It could be that someone else who got DM'ed reported OP.

I have a few things I also don't agree with. I don't want to settle down and I think men are too much trouble to spend my efforts on in the dating department. I use it for my career. But style wise I will always be just a little too casual to be a HV Queen. Plus, I am not that young anymore and my weightloss has plateaued. I think I'll probably grow old as a fat woman and I don't mind it too much. I also really don't like make up and dresses. So this highly stylish impacable look is out of my re…

We don't get more emotional support; we ARE the emotional support for both men and each other. Even the men who have attempted to empathize with a shitty situation was I was going through in the past, provided only sub-par support. It's other women I rely on for that and men rely on women for that too. That't why men want the "Girlfriend Experience". It's not the sex that is the most important to them, it's the soothing of their pain that matters most to them which is they really should be deali…

Even if you will never be pregnant. Sex is never 50/50 even when a men puts your sexual pleasure first. He will never run the same risks we do.

I made a sarcastic comment about the emotional blackmail you have received from your previous post. I received a message that is has been automatically removed and that I may soon be banned from reddit. So if I disappear from this sub you'll all know why.

I will tell you this story back when I was still doing OLD. I was texting (before the age of smartphones) with a guy who kept asking me out and I didn't feel like going out with him. In the end he called me. I gave him a definitive NO and when he asked me why I said that he had failed to entertain me in our interactions. I got a very angry "WHAT!?" in response and I immediately softened up my language, because I felt like what I said was out of line. The next day he sent me a screenshot of this …

For me it was not so much a question of whether I am worth it, but whether he is worth spending my time on. I quess when I ask that question I already know the answer and a date would pointless.

No woman with real options would go into prostitution, even if they like to have sex 20 times a day. They'd still rather have it with partners they chose themselves rather than assholes who bought their "consent"/"agency".

They are not at fault, but it's also not worth the risk. Plus men of value will never disrespect a woman by asking for nudes. What use does it have other than disrespect and power over?

Yup, I started getting weird comments from guys in their 30s and 40s when I was only 10. I didn't understand them at the time, but made me very uncomfortable. However, that could also be due to the smirks accompanying these comments. I just knew they were inappropriate.

Despite all his money he was still zero value. The fact that he even considered her an object to be acquired. I really wish there were a hell so he could rot in it.

Remember that loser who married Ana Nicole Smith and left her with nothing on his death so she had no choice but to go back into stripping and prostitution? Men are not automatically more generous when they can afford to be.

It's also unrealistic, since in most cases she'll be making less than he is. So for her to do 50/50 means you'll put a larger percentage of her income in to "shared" expenses. The further along people are in their careers the worse this divide gets. Men asking for 50/50 is further reinforcing inequality. You'll also notice that men who say "50/50" and "no gold-diggers" also don't believe there is a pay-gap.

Yep, I think the other was unnamed. The reason she was kicked out of paradise is because god made her in front of Adam and Adam saw the whole process. It freaked him out so much, that he couldn't even go near her because he had seen her insides. Adam sounds like a scrote to me. It's not like his insides were any prettier.

That's what I thought you meant. So that means he backed off if they weren't enthousiastic. Good. I think that's how it should be, but I feel it's just not considered the norm.

It's true that he doesn't love her any less because of porn, because he didn't love her at all to begin with or he would not be disrespecting her by jerking off to imagery depicting the abuse of women.

I feel that the forced positivity and the pressure to be grateful for every little breadcrumb we received is mostly aimed at women. I seriously doubt such an exchange would ever take place between a group of male friends.

The comments are interesting. They are telling you off for not being happy. It's the equivalent of having strangers tell you to "smile." Why are we women always under so much pressure to be happy and grateful, even when we don't feel it?

People adopt children all the time and what about people who couple up with someone who is already a parent. That unwillingness to devote "resources" is just a bullshit excuse. If they feel that way about children who they haven't passed their DNA onto, I can only imagine how tight they would be with their own children or spouses. Such people should not reproduce.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/09/20 08:05 PM

This only works if you accept that parents "own" their children rather than that a community is responsible for raising all children in it. That's really the problem I have with these paternity claims. It's very possesive. It's possesive of both women's bodies and children. It's totally unnatural and fucked up. Children do not exist for those who brought them into this world, they exist to be taken care of untill they can do it themselves.

Haha, had men complaining if I was taller than they were. Dated one guy who claimed to be taller than me (I know, I know), but there was actually an objective measurable difference in our heights and I was the taller one.
