This happened in my sophomore of highschool, and goodness gracious looking back it was so fucked up.

Throughout sophomore year, I was snapchatting this boy in my class who I'll call "C". I have no idea WHY I liked C. He wasn't super attractive, he was a little bit of a dick, and he was also a Trump supporter. I sat next to him in algebra, and I guess I liked him because he was pretty funny, made good discussion, and had a certain charm. I was also insecure as hell, so that probably contributed to it.

Anyways, he mainly snapped my when he was drunk and/or high, and then he would be like "It's not as fun when I'm the only one who's drunk!!" so of, course, I also would sneak some stuff out of my parent's liquor cabinet (Which was nasty asf). So then he would ask for n00ds, and me being an insecure 15 year old and also being pretty tipsy, I would send. And then he would send pics of himself (Ew!).

I would always be like "Want to hang out tomorrow/this weekend?" and he would always either give me an excuse or flake on me the next day. He also avoided me in school and would never acknowledge the fact that we flirted n shit in real life EVER. He basically only talked to me through snapchat, and 75% of the time it was when he was inebriated. Did I know that he was a shithead? Yes. Did I want to ruin it? No. He was fun to have as a friend, and my insecure pick-me ass got dragged along.

Fast forward a few months when one of my best friends texts our groupchat; "Ugh, C is such a dickhead."

Cue me and my other best friend asking her to elaborate. After a little while of explaining, we realized he was dragging ALL THREE OF US ALONG. HE WAS DOING THE SAME THING TO MY ENTIRE FRIEND GROUP AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME. And because he was always telling us "to keep this on the downlow," it took MONTHS for us to figure it out.

Of course, we all agreed that he was not worth it, and we dropped his ass. We still make fun of him from time to time. Funnily enough, I've found out later that apparently he does this to A LOT of girls in my school. Like, many, many girls I've talked to have been hit on by him.

So take this as a cautionary tale: If he wants to "keep it on the downlow," asks for nudes, and is flaky as hell, RUN!!!! And always teach younger girls that they deserve more than they think!
