Soul ties are an occurrence in our daily lives, whether they be based on an emotional connection with someone or a physical one.

A soul tie is a phrase which some people use to refer to a spiritual connection between two people.

For the sake of my post, I will discuss soul ties with men.

This is why it’s so important to hold out on intimacy and vet ruthlessly yet carefully. A soul tie can turn you in a more positive person radiating positive energy, or a negative person who’s constantly drained.

Ever have someone you slept with where you felt immediately different after? This is usually a negative difference, and can be felt over weeks or years. Your happy go luck self is gone, you become hypercritical, you become negative and narcissistic. You were never like this before, but the person you slept with possessed this energy and brought the energy onto you. It’s no coincidence the person you slept with possessed all the qualities you suddenly gained.

Having LVM in our lives makes us feel drained, negative, pessimistic, and generally miserable. I’ve been there, as I’m sure you have too at some point. I’ve said and done things that are uncharacteristic of who I am as a person. Looking back, I realize it was due to the LVM I was giving my body to.

Sexually transmitted diseases/infections are also a rampant problem in the dating scene, but we also need to remember that sexual transmitted demons also exist. I am not a religious person whatsoever, and I’d like to drive that point home. However, you become the energy you attract.

If you attract LVM, you will continue to remain in this cycle of draining soul ties. If you carry yourself as a HVW who respects who she is as a person and is actively trying to be better, your negative soul ties can be broken. The best way to break a soul tie is to forget any trace of this person existed in your life. Delete your texts, block them on every form of social media, block/delete their number, avoid going to places they frequent. Breaking both mental and physical bonds are important for overcoming and finally breaking a soul tie.

Personally, I’m still working on it from a negative experience I put myself through for a duration of last year. I am positive I will continue looking back on that situation and use it as a wise lesson learned, and use it as a harrowing reminder that soul ties exist.

Remember, your vibe attracts your tribe.
