I've said it before but my daughter is learning MMA as soon as she's old enough.
I picture it like an 80s montage on making a female superhero. No special powers, but learning to lift, run and fight.

Also having confidence! Men like to pick out the weakest in the heard. Many times just being more trouble than the next one is enough to save you from trouble. Sucks for the next one but that’s why we have to keep at this!
Also super cool. I’m convinced if I tried MMA I’d just cry every day lol!!!!

I did Hankido. I learned fun stuff but more useful basic moves to get someone down using their own energy and gravity. But I have been in fights and I know my big shnozz doesn’t like the hits lol
It’s the confidence and control and also the way to go work things out in the gym that are awesome.
Men tend to be like animals and they will pick on whoever they feel is weakest.

In the some parts of the world , a man who abuses his wife will often disappear permanently or has a sudden heart attack... 🤔 a lot of poisonous plants grow there and they don’t do autopsies. Women can be fucking lethal when they have the power to , by doing so they save lives.
