I'm currently working in fine dining, on my way to become a Master Sommelier, following my passion and very very happy with my career. However, the nature of it is that I have a bizzare schedule working nights, and I currently only have M/W/Sun off. This is becoming an issue when scheduling dates with men working 9-5 jobs. Recently one got tired of trying to suggest dates and just asked me when I'm free. I'm not sure how to respond properly without giving away too much information about my availability or making him feel like I'm planning things. Any suggestions?
