edit: afaik, porn is the only form of """"entertainment""" where the entertainers don't get royalties. music, movies, television - the actors/performers all get paid residuals whenever their movie/show/song is played and makes money. for porn stars, they get paid ONCE. it doesn't matter if the movie then goes on to make a billion dollars, they're SoL. but yeah, it's a jOb LiKe AnY oThEr.
