This is why it's not ok to keep someone on the hook as a "favor" 🙄 I feel like I've been with men who have been able to justify keeping onto back burner as a way to help me out? I'm learning how to next them on my terms first. Edit: what makes it worse of course is that they are actually just wasting my time where I could very looking gir some one who does care about me. That why this quote resonated with me.

All lies. He doesn’t care about your personal improvement lmao. Men keep women on back burners for easy sex and / or validation while keeping his options open.
Never ever listen to any of his words, just watch his actions. Always remember that their biggest manipulation tool is words, words, words. They rely heavily on women buying into their bluff.
