I feel scared of my boyfriend's success. I feel like he will be better than me and leave me for someone better/younger/etc.

Wealth unlocks every woman for a lot of men and it gets to their heads. Even an otherwise HVM can become different person if they get enough cash or social influence.

I learned I have to focus on my own success, and while I'm in a relationship, my partners success should feel like a boost for me, not a danger warning

When asking yourself these questions, make sure you focus on the "because he wants to see you happy and thriving" part.

It's important for both partners to challenge each other to grow, develop, and evolve in a relationship. My last boyfriend definitely challenged me, but it was because he was such a difficult person to be with. I did become a better woman during through the experience, but I was investing a lot of energy in honestly just learning to tolerate his bullshit and baggage. He was challenging to be with, not challenging me to be better. It just felt like I was going through all this personal growth, which to be fair I was, but in hindsight, it certainly wasn't all healthy.
