That is the physique of a steroid user, no doubt about that. His body looks like Jeff Seid, its impossible to be this big and ripped and aesthetic all at the same time as a natural lifter even with premium genetics. As a natural it is still possible to look amazing though, your friend just decided to take an easy shortcut to success instead of searching for the best way to do it naturally, I know because I have been in the fitness community on youtube since 2016 and I have a little over 2 years of experience in weightlifting. The only way to get strong as a natural however is to get extremely strong, you must take your overhead press from 80 to 225 pounds, your bench press from 135 to 315 pounds, your squat from 135 to 405 pounds and your deadlift from 135 to 500 pounds. After that, you should have a batman/superman physique which actually looks natural, you wont be as ripped as the fake natties but at least you will still have normal testicles and natural testosterone production. Another advantage of being natural is that if you ever need to stop lifting for 2 or 3 years and lose all your gains, you can gain it all back in only 3 months at most thanks to muscle memory. It only takes 3 years to build a batman physique from scratch if you know what you are doing, some will get there even earlier.

Also, many black pill incels will say that if you're short or ugly you shouldnt even bother but the truth is that even though you wont be able to compete with better looking people, you will still be much better than those who dont have this type of physique and dont look like a chad.

In other words, gaining muscle is the most useful thing a man can do to become attractive to women, improve his own self confidence and get the respect of the general population, people are also more intimidated by you and some will even be afraid. Even as a mgtow, achieving that kind of physique is extremely useful and should be one of the first goals of someone who wants to improve themselves.
