I thought all the "1 out of 4" college rape statistics were from an outdated survey from back in the 80s. How can, after all this time, 1 in 4 college-aged women still get raped? Were the colleges cherry picked? Did the survey use misleading questions again?

Who keeps running all these incompetent schools? My school had posters on every wall saying "rape is bad". The school that I went to had cops in every hall, and people calling security every time somebody was too loud or had a melt down. But these schools just let men get away with this? How?
