When people ask 'what rights are MRAs fighting for', a good example of a blatant and direct legal inequality

A list of modern countries that practice conscription

Countries that practice male only conscription include countries often heralded as examples of gender equality/neutrality, such as Austria and Finland. Finland is in fact "ranked" number 3 most equal in the world. Imagine a country forcing all women to do live on a base and work against their will...it would be considered a huge violation of body autonomy and civil rights, and there's no way that country would be ranked 3. But because it happens to men, it's ignored.

Some have alternative "civil service" where the men can perform cheap labor for less than minimum wage, which presents the same legalized discrimination. It's forced labor for less than minimum wage- that's time a boy can't be in university, or working/saving with a full salary.

Feminists have a record of defending the gendered nature of conscription, and opposing legal equity:

Feminists in Norway protest equal conscription. Now for clarity, I do not want to see women conscripted to, that's not the point I'm trying to make. The point is that it's a clear legal disparity men face that goes 'ignored' by those who claim to support gender neutrality & equality.
