Yeah I get that - but I was thinking something deeper than that. Like Freudian - what would he say, if anything?
Like the only true love a woman can feel would be for her kids (her son). Freud also said the son is attracted to the mom as well (Oedipus complex). So instinctually women feel like if a man lives with his mom then the girlfriend would always be second to the mom - and wouldn’t get 100% devotion (time, money, love, etc etc).

Broad-en that; it isn't just money it is "resources" and this includes your time.
The narcissistic mindset sees your mind, time and social value as a resource as well, both of which along with money they will fight to maintain their share of. So they will fight to keep you engaged at X number of hours per week and fight to increase the number of hours "spent" on them. So in your mind you "spend" time thinking about them. etc.
Whereas a real human would want the time you spent together to be high value and would want you to enjoy the time you spent alone or on other activities instead of seeing it as competition.

I’ve gone from dirt poor to tippy top of the income period. Women would not allow me to substitute my time for my money. They wanted my attention more than they wanted my resources. If you have enough money, you can support any number of women. But even Bill Gates only has 24 hours a day.
As I think about it, when I earned less, my woman wanted more of my money than my time. Once my income increased, she noticed I was spending more money on her but less time, and it was the time that she wanted back.

Interesting, I asked a woman recently who had been seeing a married man, if she thought she was doing anything wrong (basically she was harping on the sanctity of marriage). In her opinion she was doing nothing wrong, it was the man that was cheating. She was simply seeing a man. So in this case, the mother would be a problem, but the wife doesn't even enter the equation.

What are you saying?? Someone who occupies their parents home can be WAAAAAAAY better off than some joe working paycheck to paycheck in their own place probably paying off their student loans.
Plus this whole scenario is so sensitive to a case by case basis. Maybe the questions we should be asking are, where is the home, the size, city, are his parents ill and need care, or are they well off, responsible, not old children, does he live on a farm, etc. there are endless variables.
Still with all that being a guy living (not mooching) with his parents can be far better off than some dope stuck in the system :/not saying it’s all about the cosmetics but this is the way women see it: Nicer things (Car, More $$ to take her out & have a good time, concerts, sporting events, bars+restaurants, gifts) =men they desire. Wether he lives with his fam or not, is up to a woman how she views the situation.

they both have diplomas / degrees. and are financing / helping their parents while living with them And those guys are demanded by the average woman there.
while on the other hand , a guy that went to get his own place while not getting a diplomas or anything ,is seen as having a past relationship isn't demanded

I had more money than I could spend when I lived with my mom. Now living on my own I’m living paycheck to paycheck. So that logic is flawed.
