If the child is old enough to make a choice and wanted to live with their dad wouldn't they say?
Plus kids tend to want to stay with the person who has done most care for them and often that's the mother. When my parents divorced we wanted to live with our mum because she was the one who looked after us most of the time. it's about a limiting disruption in their lives.

What if the child is old enough to actually make such a choice, but as usual "mom" got the house while they are just dividing things up, and the choice between "parents" also amounts to moving 400 miles away, leaving all of your friends? Don't try to pass off your "mom kept the house" bullshit as some special child-rearing instinct. Men make sacrifices for their loved ones, especially children, and you are preying upon it, suggesting that men shouldn't be disruptive about the "custody process". Kids don't want to move to a completely new fucking school district as juniors in high school after having already done so as a sophomore. Other than the huge "disruption" that children will only get to see one parent anymore with any regularity, the "disruption" kids don't want is to their circle of friends. If you want to act like custody is just a choice between parents, then lets start with: the house goes to dad instead of mom, and then see where everyone stands.

The mother usually keeps the house because she keeps the kids for reasons already stated and that is the kids home. I'm sure there are cases where it's the mother who moves out, surely that's an option?
Also most women work these days and marital assets are just as much theirs as the Mans, some people have to sell their house when they split up due to this so honestly I don't know what your point is there.

I'm working on it. You dont just ask for custody, this needs to be played out in court. Its gonna cost me thousands to be able to do this. The law also says that my daughter has very little choice in the situation until she turns 16. Before you spew your virtue signaling to me, get your facts straight. This is what this post is criticizing, the fact that mom gets default custody. Even if she does'nt actually want to take care of the kid, extorting child support is literally a living for her. Child support has very little to do with the actual needs of the child.
Fact: Men are ultimately held responsible by society for having children, women are not. Women can: Abort, leave a child at a police station, give it up for adoption, drop the kid off with dad and never pay a cent in child support due to the fact that nonpayment for a woman is almost never enforced by the police.
Men on the other hand, pay child support or go to jail. Alternately, live completely off the grid.
Give default custody to Men. They are the ones ultimately responsible for the kids. You'll see the divorce rate significantly decrease and the marriage rates go up. What kind of man signs up for the potential to pay punitive levels of child support for the best years of his life? For kids he doesn't get to see? Can't you see this obvious hell created by society, where Men have 0 power in the reproduction game?

Men do occasionally get custody. HOWEVER, if mommy wants it, she almost certainly gets it. She has to be a real degenerate for the courts to give custody to the man.

I'm not making an argument that says women are more likely to kill kids. But reverse the genders, do you think a man who was suspected of killing his wife would be able to leave the country, given bail, etc. No. He'd be in jail from the get go.
And yes, sometimes marriages don't work out. But only one sex get's cash and prizes after divorce, and only one sex is held responsible for the other after the relationship has dissolved. Men have lots of legal incentives to stay married, women do not. She can leave and still demand the same lifestyle she was "accustomed" to.

In many countries a man who kills his wife is let off the hook and even in the west a man was let off when it was proven his daughter was sexually assaulted and died whilst in his care (Poppi Worthington). What do you think of that?

You do realise there are married couples where both are broke or both have well paying jobs? There are even many where the woman is the breadwinner so its not always 'husband works and pays for everything whilst wife sits at home'.

For most women, their kids are guaranteed monthly pay cheques, that come in for 18 years. I'm not saying some of them don't love their children, but the financial rewards often skew the relationship they have with them. The children become the caretakers often in single mother households until she finds some cuck. Fathers rarely see their children in such a light. I was an equal caretaker, I changed diapers, fed her, cleaned her, and did almost all the activities, like going to the park, by myself.

Some of them love their children ROFL you do realise millions of kids grow up and never know their dad because he's not interested. And being a single parent is known to be very hard so why wouldn't they just give them up for adoption if they don't love them? Plenty of women get 0 money for their kids off the dad. Here in the UK many go self employed cash in hand purely so they can avoid it. I have a friend having this problem and my sisters father always did everything he could to avoid CSA making him pay.
Of course, men can be good parents but it's a fact that most childwork and mothering is done by women. Did you also do dentist appts, doctors, school, vaccinations, shopping for her clothes and toys?
Caretakers? It's good for kids to help around the house and do some chores it prepares them for adulthood, I never had to as my Mother did everything and it would have benefited me to have tbh. It hit hard having to cook and clean everything myself when I moved out, lmao.
