I could legitimately live in this. I use ONE room 90% of the time in my house. The entire downstairs is empty and wasted. No doubt there'll be some kind of law against tiny houses up here though.

I'd meet it to be a bit bigger. And it has to have an even larger amount of land to put it on, otherwise it's like living in a filing cabinet (especially without room outside of it), and we just arent and weren't meant to live that way. Just my 2 cents.

This looks really neat. I am excited about the expansion part. Maybe a small garage/project type space, and I am good to go!

Interestingly, some time ago I bought one of those "special edition" magazine on pre-fab houses, and those things cost a lot of money. Also, the climate where it would be used must be taken into consideration.

I like the idea on the whole, I would want the ceiling height to be at least 9 foot because it's better for person psychologically, even a spacious room with a 7 foot ceiling can still feel confining.
