Shoot your shot and make the team are common basketball references within the afro-american community that can be interpreted as meaning when a guy approaches a woman, attempts to court her (shooting your shot, taking a chance), is successful in said courting, makes it to relationship level (i.e. makes the "team"), and decides to stop putting in effort to maintain said "team" relationship/commitment by "not showing up to pratice". This can be construed as not making plans for a date, putting in effort, or showing affection. The gentleman's response being "too many players on the court" simply means that the woman in question has too many suitors attempting to court her affection for the gentleman to continue putting in effort, as she is not showing she is capable of commitment herself by keeping her options for "new team players" available.

Actually black culture is a template for future society. Blacks have been used for decades in massive social experiments unbeknownst to the public to study the effects of everything from the psychology of poverty to the adverse effects of syphillis contamination. Typically social issues that affect blacks are just a precursor to changes affecting society at large. As you see now, public schools are being underfunded on the Federal level, STI infection and drug addiction affect poor black and white communities. Thanks to social experiments done in the past, we have an idea of what to expect as a result of the greater societal breakdown happening now across the country, thanks to liberal policies such as welfare, food stamps and other entitlement programs.

Not at all, when you have a chance do some research on the IQ differences between different races. When it comes to the average IQ of each race, Asians are at the top and blacks are at the bottom. Jordan Peterson, Stefan Molyneux, and a bunch of other people have talked about this. It’s an incredibly depressing statistic, but that’s the world that we live in.
