Smartphones got bigger as I was going through school, since I was born in the late-90's. I was able to watch the complete dissolution of reading/writing comprehension in real-time by observing my classmates.
I don't know exactly when I made the decision to never use texting patterns in my writing, but I'm glad I did. I avoid acronyms and shorthand, and emojis are a blight on this planet.

I’ve seen that but, she’s just one woman. Different people have different opinions. I dislike children with a passion and I have no desire to be married or anything like that. Frankly, dating is a bit too much for me. If I ever change my mind, which I find unlikely, I’d probably just adopt, because I don’t need to pass my shitty genes on.
